Abbotsley Church Clock
The church clock dates from the early 1660s. The entire mechanisim was overhauled in 1999 and was set to strike, on the hour on one of the church bells. There are thought to be only two clocks of this type still working. The other one is at Croxton and was purchased in 1682. It is now electrically wound. The Abbostley clock is wound daily by volunteers.
